5. Where do you ship? We currently ship exclusively within the UK. Orders are delivered using trusted couriers, and shipping costs and delivery times are calculated at checkout.
6. What is your order cut-off time? Orders placed before 2pm (UK time) are processed and dispatched the same working day. Orders placed after 2pm will be shipped the next working day.
7. How can I track my order? Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details to monitor your delivery.
8. What is your returns policy? We accept returns on unworn items within 14 days of delivery, as long as they are in original condition with all tags attached. Full details are available on our Returns page.
